The TYNI-640 series packs a complete 640×512/12μm uncooled LWIR imaging chain into a 17.3×17.3mm core — among the smallest footprints in its class. The TYNI-640-13DT pairs a wide-angle 13mm F1.0 athermalized lens (32.7°×26.4° FOV) for general-purpose observation with 16-bit DVP parallel video with UART control on a 50-pin board-to-board connector. This radiometric variant streams per-pixel temperature at 30 Hz — measuring -20℃~+150℃ or 0℃~+550℃ with ±2℃/±2% accuracy — at just 16 g, ready for UAV payload and industrial monitoring integrations.
