FLUX Series — Shutterless Thermal Modules

FLUX cores never blink. A scene-based SFFC shutterless correction algorithm replaces the mechanical shutter entirely — no freeze-frame, no click, no calibration pause, and no moving part to wear out. Three resolutions from 384×288 to 1280×1024, all with a sighting-ready feature set and direct Micro-OLED drive.

Why Shutterless Matters

A mechanical shutter recalibrates by closing over the detector — the image freezes, a click audible to game or intruders sounds, and a moving part wears out. FLUX removes all three.

The Image Never Freezes
Scene-based SFFC corrects continuously while you watch — no half-second blackout exactly when the target appears.
Completely Silent
No shutter click. For hunting sights and covert surveillance, silence is not a luxury — it is the requirement.
Nothing to Wear Out
Removing the shutter removes a rated-life mechanical part — fewer failures, higher shock tolerance (1500 g @ 0.4 ms), longer service life.
Always Ready
Imaging in ≤6 s from power-on and no calibration pauses after that — the core is ready when the moment is.

A Complete Imaging Engine

Beyond shutterless correction, every FLUX core ships the full pipeline: super-resolution, sighting functions, OLED drive and a one-connector interface.

Super-Resolution Pipeline
NUC / DRC / DNS / DDE / SFFC plus super-resolution — fine detail beyond the native pixel grid.
Sighting Functions
10 reticle styles × 10 brightness × 5 colors, reticle-centered e-zoom ×1~×8, PiP with reticle, hot-spot tracking, zeroing.
Direct Micro-OLED Drive
Drives MDP03/MDP02, SVGA060, Sony ECX334A and MIPI-based IBOE VX039FHP-NH4 viewfinders — no bridge board needed.
One 50-pin Connector
DVP8/16, BT.656/1120, USB and MIPI-DSI video plus TTL-232 control; SDI/HDMI/GigE/Camera Link via extension boards.
10 Palettes & Full OSD Control
White Hot / Lava / Iron Red / Hot Iron / Medical / Arctic / Rainbow 1 / Rainbow 2 / Red Trace / Black Hot; custom CN/EN menus, ≥4-button UI, savable parameters.
SWaP-Optimized
25.4 × 25.4 mm cross-section, from 26 g and ≤0.8 W on a 2.7~5.3 V rail — built for battery-powered handhelds and pods.
All-Weather Rated
-40℃ ~ +70℃ operating, IP67 front lens, 5.35 g random vibration, RoHS 2.0 / REACH certified.
Integration-Friendly
Windows host tool plus Windows/Linux SDK, custom menu design support, and lens options from 4.8 mm wide to 300 mm zoom.
