NODE Series — Network Thermal Modules

NODE cores turn a powered housing into a networked thermal camera: standard Ethernet video, H.265/H.264/MJPEG streaming and ONVIF integration. NODE-384/640 provide motorized lens drive and PELCO-D PTZ control; NODE-1280 adds Gigabit Ethernet and RS-485 Modbus RTU for high-resolution industrial and surveillance integration.

NODE-384 / NODE-640 Integration Capabilities

For the 384/640 platform — video, control, alarms and radiometry for PTZ domes, bullet cameras, pods and shipboard systems. NODE-1280 uses the separate GigE / Modbus RTU interface shown below.

Full IP Stack
RJ45 100M Ethernet with 20+ protocols: RTSP streaming, HTTPS, 802.1x, NTP, DDNS, SNMP, QoS, UPnP and more.
Triple-Codec Video
H.265 / H.264 / MJPEG at full 50 Hz frame rate, plus CVBS analog output for legacy monitors.
ONVIF · SDK · ISAPI
Open API for software integration — drops into VMS platforms and third-party management systems.
Motorized Lens Drive
One-key / timed autofocus under 5 s and zoom control over 12-pin + 14-pin interfaces; potentiometer and magnetic-encoder lenses.
PELCO-D PTZ Control
RS-485 pan/tilt control with 255 presets; RS-232 transparent / console / custom modes and serial passthrough.
Sub-0.2 s Alarms
Gray-scale detection with settable thresholds — alarm via protocol upload or hardware IO, plus shielded regions.
Temperature-Assist Radiometry
With 15/25/35/50 mm lenses: -40℃ ~ ambient+70℃, Max (±8℃, ±8%) at 1~25 m — units in ℃/℉/K.
Field-Proof Design
Dual system backup survives power loss; overvoltage protection, 6.6 grms vibration, 30 g shock, 300k-cycle shutter.
